Orange County First Chapter Meeting

We are happy to announce that Orange County will have their own Women in eDiscovery (WiE) chapter. We have approval to launch WiE OC! It’s been a long time coming and we are truly excited to be a part of the eDiscovery community in Orange County. 

Our first meeting is scheduled for:

•Date: Tuesday, April 26th @ 12:00 PM

•Location: Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, P.C., 660 Newport Center Drive, Suite 1600, Newport Beach, CA 92660

If you haven't already registered to become a member of WiE, please go to our website (www.womeninediscovery.org) and click "Become A Member" in the bottom right corner. Once registered, you will be added to the membership list ensuring future receipt of meeting details and chapter information.

How can you get involved and participate in WiE: 

• The Orange County Chapter needs venues for future meetings. If you work at a law firm and have a large conference room that you can host a meeting, we would love to hear from you.

• Second, we need food sponsors for the meetings. If you or someone you know can sponsor lunch for a meeting – please contact us.

• Third, we need leaders. We need women to help coordinate and lead the chapter. Chapter Board elections will be held at the third meeting. Please attend the first two meetings to hear more about the board positions. We need your time and support!

• Fourth, we need participation - this ensures the success of the chapter by bringing women together to provide educational sessions, professional development, networking and philanthropy. Forward this e-mail to professional women you know in the legal industry. That includes attorneys, paralegals, litigation support, eDiscovery, IT, records management, consultants, etc. Encourage them to register on-line for free membership and to attend the meetings to learn about this amazing organization.
