Working with Millennials:  Exploring the Myths and Realities.

Millennials - lazy, entitled, plugged in, needy, disloyal.  These are common descriptors used for Generation Y.  But are they true?

The media paints Generation Y as so different from previous generations. But is it?

Presented by O'Melveny & Myers' Director of Diversity and Engagement, Mary Ellen Connerty, our September Chapter event will explore the myths and the realities of the Millennials  -- discussing how the truth may lie more in how they have redefined the meaning of success and self-worth.

Our meeting will be hosted in the offices of O'Melveny & Myers with lunch sponsored by legal technology provider Catalyst.

Mary Ellen Connerty is the Director of Diversity and Engagement at O’Melveny & Myers and is a member of the Firm’s Business Management Team.  She is based in New York and is responsible for developing and implementing the Firm’s Diversity and Inclusion strategy and supporting talent development programs. Learn more about Mary Ellen Connerty.

We hope you can make it!
