Data type proliferation has grown into one of the biggest challenges in document discovery. In this CLE presentation, Helen Geib and Molly Broadhead of Hoover Hull Turner LLP will provide a framework for effectively managing discovery of emerging and uncommon data types, including short messages, social media, collaboration tools and the Internet of Things. They will review recent cases that highlight common problems arising at different stages of the eDiscovery lifecycle from preservation to production, as well as giving practice pointers based on real world examples and legal tech solutions.
