Women in eDiscovery Chapter Board Roundtable
Meet your past and present fellow board across the country. Collaborate and share ideas and resources with the fellow leaders. The session will have two moderators from the WiE National Board and past/present board member attendees will sit in roundtables for discussion, ensuring that they are not at the same table as others from their chapter. The moderators will introduce themselves, have the attendees introduce themselves among their table, and then provide the group with 4-5 discussion topics. The topics will run for 8-10 mins with 2 minutes in between topics to transition to the next.
The topics for discussion include:
- 2018 Programs - what did your chapter cover last year, how many people attend on average each session, where do you host these sessions
- Membership - where are your membership numbers at, how do you gain new members, what are your membership drives or initiatives for 2019
- Committees - which committees (if any), does your chapter support, who leads those committees, what initiatives are they promoting
- Common Issues - what are some of your biggest issues or complaints from the members or board members, how do you deal with these issues
- Looking Ahead - what programs or new initiatives does your chapter intend on developing in 2019-2020.
