Topic: Building a Defensible Discovery Response Plan

Cynthia Bateman: Cynthia is a Director in AlixPartners’ Information Management Services eDiscovery practice. Cynthia has more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry, focused specifically on litigation management, electronic discovery, preservation/legal holds, information governance, data privacy, and corporate compliance. Cynthia is a PACE-accredited registered paralegal.

Joni Miller: Joni is a Director in AlixPartners’ Information Management Services practice. Joni specializes in electronic discovery and has more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry. Joni was an early adopter of advanced analytics technology, and she consults with clients to implement best-practice strategies.  Joni is a Relativity Certified Sales Professional and a member of Sedona Conference Working Group 1: Electronic Document Retention and Production.
