For Women in eDiscovery’s September meeting, Consilio will be sponsoring a panel on Benchmarking in eDiscovery including Sarah Cole, Director of Discovery Solutions at Consilio, Olivia Gonzalez, Process Management Specialist at Prudential Financial, and Catherine Casey, Global Director of eDiscovery and Practice Technology at Gibson Dunn.

In eDiscovery, developing and using benchmarks is as important as it is overlooked. Benchmarks are key process, cost, and time metrics that can be used to plan a new eDiscovery project or evaluate an existing one. Our panel will delve into important eDiscovery benchmarks used by law firm, corporate, and vendor litigation support departments. The panel will explore what benchmarks are tracked, how they are tracked, and how they are used to more accurately predict costs and time, and management and improve the eDiscovery process.
