Hello Ladies,

The WiE Philadelphia Chapter invites you to our September 12th monthly meeting. As always, feel free to invite a friend. Kindly RSVP if you plan to attend and include the name of your guest with your response. WiE look forward to seeing you!

Come join us for "Ethics in eDiscovery, a View From All Parties"

Both mainstream and industry news these days is chock full of stories about data breaches, privilege goof-ups, ransomware attacks, spoliation and general incompetence in technology. If you don't want to be the next headline on LegalTech News, you should come to our September meeting! We'll be tackling these issues head-on with an exciting panel discussion on Ethics in eDiscovery with corporate, law firm and service provider points of view. They'll discuss general ethical concerns, confidentiality and competency requirements, recent cases and blunders and how law firms, corporations and eDiscovery partners can work together to prevent the worst-case scenario.

Marc Zamsky will be providing the "service provider" point of view on the panel, Robin E. Martin, Esq., will be providing the "law firm" point of view and Carol L. Purcell, Esq., will provide the "corporate" point of view.
