Following the 2015 amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the amount of cases involving spoliation sanctions has plummeted. Today, discovery sanctions are a third less frequent than they were during their peak in 2010 to 2012.

Are we seeing the end of sanctions? And if so, what effect is this having on the legal practice?

Join us as for a delicious lunch as we explore these topics, including a review of extensive new research on eDiscovery sanctions post-2015, key case laws, and emerging corporate discovery trends.

We will be meeting this month at:

Logikcull 111 Sutter Street (at Montgomery)14th FloorSan Francisco, CA 94104

Upon arrival to 14th floor, please log into the Guest Portal at front door for suite access.
