A Document Reviewer's Guide to Performance Metrics.

As a group that would rather sum things up in a paragraph than in a number, the growing demand for metrics can be challenging. This presentation will unpack the mystery around metrics and guide document reviewers on how to use performance indicators to demonstrate their value to a project.

Speaker:

Kristin Edstrom Satterfield has spent the last 5 years as a risk manager in financial services developing SQL queries and Tableau dashboards for analysis and executive reporting of risk metrics and key performance indicators. Prior to her move to financial services, Kristin worked as an attorney for two years on an eDiscovery project where she used key word searches in Spanish to develop timelines and identify potential FCPA violations. Kristin is a Texas-licensed attorney since 2012, a Certified Fraud Examiner since 2016, and earned a Graduate Certificate in Business Intelligence and Data Mining in December 2017. She is expected become a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt in November 2019.
