Please join us for our Speaker Series in conjunction with Women in eDiscovery at Ocean Prime in Denver.This session’s topic is “Discussion with U.S. Magistrate Judge Kristen L. Mix Regarding Discovery Practice Issues.”

The Honorable Kristen L. Mix has served as a United States Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado for the past 12 years. Before her appointment to the bench, Judge Mix was an expert in labor and employment law. In 2006 and 2007, Judge Mix was recognized as a top employment lawyer by Chambers U.S.A. and named one of the top twenty-five women lawyers in Colorado by 5280 Magazine.

In her present role, Judge Mix regularly addresses discovery matters and has agreed to discuss a variety of discovery practice issues facing lawyers and their clients. Please join us for this interactive question and answer session that is sure to be engaging and instructive.
