About our speaker:
Tom Flattery is a Santa Clara County Deputy District Attorney assigned to the High Tech Unit. He has been with the District Attorney’s Office for 22 years and has been prosecuting High Tech cases since 2005. He has also advised the California District Attorneys Association (CDAA) on legislation involving search warrants and electronic privacy. He is a past chairman of the CDAA High Tech Committee. Tom attended the University of San Diego School of Law and Penn State University.
