One of the biggest barriers to Analytics adoption is selling Analytics internally to stakeholders. Because Analytics can significantly disrupt workflows, timelines, and billing models, it can trigger resentment and resistance if you do not plan sufficiently. During this session, we'll discuss techniques for proving the value of Analytics internally, ways to tailor your message to fit your audience, and how to keep momentum going once you have initial buy-in. This session benefits from group discussion, so please be ready to share your challenges and successes!

Speaker:

Danny Frank has had over 13 years of experience in the legal technology industry, ranging from processing data, implementing review workflows, overseeing pseudo-metadata coding, running productions, and of course, administrating Relativity. For the last 4 years, Danny has worked on the Solutions team, helping provide workflow consulting to Relativity's clients, as well as providing internal product feedback and overall industry thought leadership. Danny is a Relativity Master, accomplished public speaker, and creator of several fine Relativity Fest workshops.

This Lunch & Learn event is open to all WiE members and eligible non-members, so feel free to bring a female friend or colleague and make some new connections. Lunch will be sponsored by Relativity. Please RSVP so that we know how much food to provide.

We hope you can make it!
