Burnout is a common issue that impacts two thirds of full time employees in this country. Women in particular have a tendency to neglect themselves by prioritizing other people and things, leaving no one to fill the well of their own well being. The presentation will shine a light on some simple solutions for self care and making the "feel good" last. It is fun and interactive, just the thing for a mid day morale boost!

Speaker: Lori Caruso

Lori Caruso has spoken on a variety of subjects related to stress management, offering practical solutions to keeping your head in the game even when you don’t feel like playing anymore. She has over twenty years of experience in a variety of medical settings and is a licensed instructor. She has been a guest speaker on television, at events, conferences and has written contributing articles to trade publications. Offering fun and creative ways to manage everyday pressures that build up and rob of us our well-being is one of the areas in which Lori excels. Being a human, she has been there, done that and sold the t-shirts on eBay. Addressing subjects such as weight management, attitude adjustment, dealing with fatigue, and loss of lifestyle, Lori’s humorous approach will help you turn your wellness intentions into realities.

AI has been a hot topic in the legal and eDiscovery industry and is becoming more mainstream. Whether AI is used for TAR, continuous active learning, contracts or various other uses, it’s clear that AI is here to stay. During this facilitated roundtable discussion, members will share their experiences and have a chance to ask all their burning AI questions. Expect to hear and share examples of AI use cases, along with success stories and challenges overcome. Come prepared to join the discussion and learn from your fellow members.
