Speaker Biographies:
Frank Serge is Managing VP for Robert Half’s Legal Consulting Solutions Practice. In this capacity, he provides consultation and support to law firms and corporate legal departments. In his current role, he serves as a business partner to multiple Fortune 1000 companies and AmLaw firms in the Chicago area. Mr. Serge is a frequent speaker at leading industry events on the topics of cost containment, data privacy, contracts management and utilization of AI by legal teams.
Jon Lucchese is a Vice President & Sr. Recruiting Manager with Robert Half Legal’s Permanent Placement Division in San Francisco. Jon specializes in direct-hire placement of attorneys, paralegals, secretaries, compliance officers, and other legal professionals with RHL’s law firm, corporate legal department, and other legal service provider clientele throughout Northern California. He has 8+ years of legal recruiting experience and, specifically with regard to WiE, has had past success placing eDiscovery managers and legal technology analysts. Prior to becoming a legal recruiter, Jon was a practicing attorney in the Bay Area.
