Presentation Overview:

"Best Practices in Data Collection" discussion will include device extraction methods and pricing, the challenges of presenting of cell phone data in court, a roadmap for international data collections and various pitfalls occurring during the course of their careers.

Kevin Albert - Reveal Data - Kevin has worked in litigation support for 20+ years and specializes in computer forensics, electronic discovery, and technology assisted review. Chad Gough - 4Discovery - Chad is a founding partner of 4Discovery, LLC located in Chicago, Illinois. He manages all aspects of computer forensics and electronic discovery cases. His consulting and expert witness testimonies have led to convictions and settlements in numerous cases involving disputes over digital evidence and electronic data. Chad possesses 6 years of information security experience at a Fortune 500 company, where he personally conducted and/or led over 200 forensic cases. Matthew Miller - Reveal Data - Matt is an attorney with 17 years of experience litigating matters in State and Federal Courts.
