In this discussion, we will have the conversation that needs to be had and will tackle the elephant in the room head-on. Through the presentation of various personas that represent women from different stages in their career, we will address questions that were received as a direct response from the Know Your Value as a Woman in eDiscovery panel held earlier this year at Legal Week. This discussion has been created to open the conversation around the challenges faced in relation to position and salary to aid women in knowing how to address these situations and empower them to engage with other women for support. You will walk away with a sense of strength and the strategies needed to ensure your personal worth matches the title and money held.
