Jenny Hamilton is the chief legal officer for Exterro, Inc., a high-growth legal technology company. Jenny is widely respected as an innovator for her award-winning approach to building global data governance programs. Prior to her current role, she served as head of the global evidence team at John Deere where her practice focused on the intersection of litigation, e-Discovery, and privacy. Following a 14 year tenure at John Deere, Jenny served as deputy general counsel for Haystack ID, a legal service firm that specializes in e-discovery and cyber breach for its global clientele. Her current responsibilities at Exterro include legal, compliance and human resources.
