For our January meeting, John Wilson, Chief Information Security Officer and President of Forensics at Haystack will be presenting on the challenges of collecting Slack, Teams, etc., the pitfalls and questions we, as legal professionals/requestor of data, should be asking.
John has over 20 years of experience in the information security and risk management field. He has served as an expert witnesses regarding digital forensics and eDiscovery. He has worked with the US government and both public and private companies to advise on a variety of topics. John as the President of the High Technology Crimes Investigation Association, a members of ACEDS, Electronic Discovery Reference Model, Legal Technology Professionals Institute and The Sedona Conference.
