Best Practices for Moving “Short Message” Data Through the EDRM

The transition from “documents to data” is gaining speed as text messages, collaboration app data, and ephemeral and encrypted communication apps become more prominent in litigation and investigations. But processing, reviewing, and producing those data can be difficult in document review systems built for emails. This presentation discusses best practices for moving “short message” data through the EDRM, including converting to Relativity Short Message Format (RSMF) to review in near-native form.
